Kath

Kath is another of my lovely card club ladies who has been attending for many years. I don't think I have ever, in all that time, heard her complain about anything!

Poppies

One of my lovely ladies was recently celebrating her 80th birthday.
Joan has been attending my card club virtually since the start (January 2004) and I know she loves poppies so I try to feature them on her birthday cards.

This year I made the poppies myself using Foamiran and black glitter
The sentiment die is by Tonic
Number dies are Sunset by Sizzix

Stamps are Flower Shop by Stampin' Up!
Happy die is by Altenew

Card is 6 x 6 inches and I made a matching box

Sparkle

Stamps are by Woodware
I've used Glitter Kiss on plain black card to make the pink glitter layer

Sentiment stamp is by Woodware

Card folds (fairly) flat and is then 17 cm x 17 cm so fits in a 7 inch envelope.

A4 cut to 29cm and then score at 6cm and 9cm, turn 180 degrees and score again at 6 and 9cm
Fold side panels in and then cut card to 17cm height, the strip you have just cut off is then flipped over and adhered (the 'cheers' bit)
