Floral

Stamps by Sam Poole, and dies by Sue Wilson

Inspired by a card I spotted on Pinterest but unfortunately it had no name and was a dead-end. I will credit the designer if I can ever find her/ him.

Tiled

The card I shared yesterday was inspired by an idea by Kim Hodgson of The Stables Card Emporium.

This card is using the same technique but closer to Kim's original. I've used a Woodware stamp here and the same Sue Wilson Tiled Background die. At some point after I'd snapped this photo I added a stamped sentiment.

Fancy fold we made as a club project. All dies by Sue Wilson

Fancy fold we made as a club project.

Dies are by Sue Wilson

Club cards

Please excuse poor photos, no natural light at card club.

These were the cards I made to give my ladies. I basically copied them from a Spellbinders design, changed slightly.

My postage stamp panel die is by Sue Wilson, the circle sentiment toppers are very old by Craftwork Cards, I am pleased I've finally got round to using them up!

No two cards were identical, I used white on some, cream on others etc.

Rose Gold Christmas

This card was inspired by one I saw on Pinterest, unfortunately I can't figure out who the original creator is in order to credit them properly.

I've used pale grey card (colour not showing accurately here due to my poor photography) and splattered it with white gesso.

The poinsettia dies are by Sue Wilson and are a mix of pale grey, white shimmer, and rose gold cardstocks. I've also used rose gold glitter card, with foliage dies by Crafter's Companion, in real life it's a beautiful colour.

The sentiment stamp is by Chloe, stamped and heat embossed with copper embossing powder on a pale peach shimmer card. Finished card is 7 x 7 inches.

Joan

A card for Joan, who loves poppies.

I used an embossing folder by Lisa Horton on pearlescent white card. I added tiny diamanté gems and various colours of Nuvo drops to highlight the embossed pattern.

The sentiment die is by Sue Wilson, and the poppies are Heartfelt Creations.

Love

A quick card just using scraps from my desk.
Butterfly dies are by Memory Box
Tag die is Sue Wilson

Happy Birthday

Card is 7 x 7 inches

I've used patterned paper from my scrap bag. I stamped over it with a 'bubble wrap' stamp (Kaisercraft) using glue instead of ink, then added gilding flakes. I've used the same technique round the edges of the patterned paper too.

I've torn a strip of vellum to lay across the middle of the patterned paper, before adding the die cut sentiment (Sue Wilson dies).

Other dies are a butterfly by Memory Box, and the thin bow across the bottom is by Tattered Lace.

Birthday

One of my lovely ladies, Coleen, is the most amazing sewer/ quilter/ needle crafter.

I made this card for her recent birthday using Tilda die-cuts and some washi tape.

Sentiment dies are Sue Wilson, and the finished card is 8 x 8 inches.

Every Good Wish

Sentiment stamp is by Woodware, I heat embossed with silver powder.

After I'd decorated the front panel and attached it to a belly band I realised that I needed to make something for the inside too. I don't know why I hadn't considered it at first that when the belly band was removed there'd be nothing nice about the card!

The stamped image (Stampendous) was lightly coloured and inked and then a piece of double-sided self-adhesive over the whole piece. I removed the backing and then covered it with Glamour Dust so the finished image is very sparkly.

The sentiment inside is a Sue Wilson die and SW poinsettias die-cut from red glitter card. The completed card is glitter and sparkle over-load.

Peace

Embossing folder is Studded Leather by Crafters Companion. I've added Nuvo drops to each stud.

Poinsettias are a Sue Wilson die set, the glitter card was made with Glitter Kiss by Creative Expressions.

Sentiment is a PTI die.

I think, looking at the photos, that I might add something else, maybe some gold leaves or flourishes.

Peace

Having made my own red glitter card for club projects, as shown on the previous post, I have been using up the left-overs.
